摘要
近些年来,全国多地暴雨频发,下立交作为城市快速路结构形式的一种,受到暴雨侵袭容易产生积水,严重时可能危及驾乘人员生命。如何提高下立交泵站防汛能力,确保设备运行正常、排水顺畅,保障车辆正常通行,人员生命安全,是摆在所有道路管理人员面前的重要任务。从快速路下立交泵站可能存在的隐患入手,通过排水系统综合治理及探索科技化、信息化等多种技术手段,提高下立交抗汛能力。
The urban expressway as the main skeleton of urban road network has become the effective method to ease the traffic pressure of a city. The urban expressway has become the first choice for the citizens to drive because of its fast, convenient and strong closure characteristics. In recent year, the rainstorms happen frequently in many places. As a structural form of urban expressway, the underpass is easy to cause the waterlogging when attacked by the rainstorms, and serious case may endanger the lives of drivers and passengers. It is an important task for all road managers how to improve the flood control capacity of underpass pumping station, to ensure the normal equipment operation and the smooth drainage, and to guarantee the normal traffic of vehicles and the safety of the people's life. Starting from the hidden dangers possibly existing in the underpass pumping station of expressway, multiple technical means of comprehensively controlling the drainage system and exploring the technicalization and informatization are used to improve the flood control capacity of underpass.
