跨海斜拉桥结构退化分析及预养护时机选择

摘要 针对桥梁运营后逐渐形成、发展并持续影响结构性能的病害,分析其对跨海斜拉桥结构安全性和耐久性的影响,疏理出了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥各主要构件的病害特点,提出了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥预防性养护病害类型。针对目前桥梁性能与状态指标评价的不足,建立了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥预防性养护的病害评分模型,给出了该类桥梁预防性养护的目标。通过理论分析和统计方法获得了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥预养护病害的退化规律。分析了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥病害与结构安全性、耐久性的关系,并在此基础上确定了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥预防性养护的最佳时机。 Aiming at the diseases that gradually form, develop and continue to affect the structure properties, this paper analyzes the influence of diseases on the structural safety and durability of sea-crossing cable-stayed bridge, sorts out the disease characteristics of the main structures of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge, and puts forward the preventive curing disease types of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge. In view of the deficiencies in the current evaluation of bridge performance and state indicator, the disease scoring model of preventive maintenance of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge is established to give the preventive maintenance objective of this kind of bridge. The theoretical analysis and statistical method can achieve the degradation law of pre-curing diseases of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge. This paper analyzes the relationship between the disease and the structure safety and durability of the sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge, and determines the best time of preventive curing of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge.
