摘要
与出现严重病害再维修处治的结构性修复不同,预防性养护阶段着眼于将来可能引起结构技术状况恶化的萌芽中的缺陷或病害,研究提出了跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥结构预防性养护阶段的具体检测内容、手段与方法。根据跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥的结构和环境特点,结合我国现行相关规范和桥梁全寿命养护的理念,提出了预防性养护阶段的养护工作内容和要求,优化了结构维护处治的技术方案,给出了维护处治的具体技术措施。通过象山港大桥预防性养护的应用和验证,进一步优化了预防性养护的策略和技术细节。
Different from the structural repair and treatment of serious diseases, the preventive curing stage focuses on the budding defects or diseases that will possibly cause the deterioration of technical situation of the structures. This paper studies and puts forward the detailed detection contents, means and methods of the preventive curing stage of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge structure. Based on the structure and environment characteristics of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge, and combined with the current relevant specifications and the concept of bridge full-life maintenance in China, this paper puts forward the maintenance contents and requirements of preventive curing stage, optimizes the technical schemes of structure maintenance and treatment, and gives the detailed technical measures for the maintenance and treatment. The application and verification of preventive curing of Xiangshan Harbor Bridge further optimize the strategy and technical details of preventive curing.
