预制装配式挡土墙施工关键技术研究

Research on Key Construction Technologies of Prefabricated Assembled Retaining Wall

预制装配式挡土墙采用工厂化标准预制、现场安装施工,缩短了建设工期,施工质量易于控制。以西安市快速路西三环-阿房一路立交工程为例,提出了预制肋板式挡土墙在施工过程中的关键技术,总结了施工中的控制要点,为预制装配式挡土墙在市政工程中的应用奠定了基础,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。

The prefabricated assembled retaining wall is constructed by the factory standard prefabrication and field installation technology, which shortens the construction period and makes the construction quality easy to control. Taking the Xi'an Expressway West Ring III - Afang Road I Interchange Project as an example, this paper puts forward the key technologies of prefabricated rib-plate retaining wall in the construction process, and summarizes the control points in the construction, which lays the foundation for the application of prefabricated assembled retaining wall in municipal engineering and can provide the reference for other similar projects.
