Key Construction Technology of Large-diameter Curve Jacking Pipe A

随着我们国家城市基础设施建设越来越完善,大口径曲线顶管在地下管线工程中的使用日益频繁,针对大口径曲线顶管关键施工技术的研究也越来越多,结合潘广路~逸仙路电力隧道工程一标工程实际的施工情况,简述DN3500大口径曲线顶管施工过程中进出洞、穿越河道与地铁、长距离顶进、曲线线形控制等几项关键施工技术,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。

With the more and more perfection of the urban infrastructure construction in China, the large-diameter curve jacking pipe is frequently used in the underground pipeline projects. There is more and more study on the key construction technology of large-diameter curve jacking pipe. Combined with the practical construction situation of Panguang Road - Yixian Road Electric Power Tunnel Project Bid I, this paper briefly describes several key construction technologies of the tunneling in and out, crossing river and metro, long-distance jacking in and curve linear control in the construction process of DN3500 large-diameter curve jacking pipe. The relative experience can be referred for the similar projects.
