桥梁调坡顶升工程中桥台托换改造技术 被引量:3

摘要 随着近年来桥梁整体顶升技术的快速发展和大量的工程实践,使得更多的桥梁通过顶升改造得到再利用,从而节约了资源,降低了工程成本,产生了明显的社会效益和经济效益。以杭州崇贤至东湖路一期工程秋石高架主线落地段调坡顶升工程为例,重点介绍了桥台位置顶升支撑体系的布置和桥台改桥墩的托换技术。较好地解决了落地段桥台在改造中桥下净空较小、在全桥中顶升高度最高、顶升后需要将桥台改成桥墩等桥梁调坡顶升工程中的重点和难点。该工程顺利完工后,改造效果良好。 With the rapid development and the plentiful engineering practices of bridge integral jacking-up technology in recent years, more bridges are reused through the jacking-up reconstruction so as to save the resources, to reduce the engineering cost and to produce the obvious social benefit and economic benefit. Taking the Qiushi Viaduct Mainline Landing Section Slope Jacking-up Project in Hangzhou Chongxian - Donghu Road Project Phase I as an example, this paper emphatically introduces the layout of jacking-up support system of abutment position and the underpinning technology of abutment changed to pier, which better solves the difficulties in the bridge slope jacking-up project of the smaller clearance under the bridge, the highest jacking-up height in the whole bridge, and the abutment changed to pier required after jacking up in the reconstruction of landing abutment. The reconstruction effect is good after this project is smoothly completed.
