Taking the CB04 Contract Section Project of Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge as an example, this paper studies the design of integral-type formwork in detail, which involves the design of bed molding and outer molding of base slab, and the design of the outer molding of integral-type pier body finally to meet the construction requirements of the precast components so as to ensure the construction quality of large-sized precast component.
