摘要
对我国施工图审查制度的发展历史进行了总结,同时从设计院的角度对施工图审查制度的作用和存在的问题进行了梳理。在此基础上,从取消施工图审查制度对设计院产生的影响角度进行分析,并从建设管理全局的角度提出了该制度取消后保证工程质量的措施。
This paper summarizes the development history of construction drawing review system in China, and also sorts out the functions and the existing problems in the review system of construction drawing from the view point of design institute. On this basis, this paper analyzes the influence of canceling the review system of construction drawing on the design units, and puts forward the measures to ensure the engineering quality if this system is canceled from the perspective of overall construction management.
