农村土坯房的保护价值与策略研究——来自剑门古蜀道区的报告

Research on the Protection Significance and Strategy of Adobe Houses along the Ancient Shu Road at Jianmen

研究从价值视觉出发,以剑门古蜀道区为例,为农村土坯房构建了保护价值评价指标体系,采用定量评价法经综合分析得出:虽我国农村土坯房原有的居住价值正在弱化但其仍具有较高的保护价值;其价值的主要类型为旅游开发价值、潜在的社会和经济价值;在其保护策略方面,应选取能融入当地产业且具有一定聚落规模的聚集点,以“政府+企业+房主”利责共享模式为主,着重保护土坯建筑文化场和建筑工匠,并施以配套措施从而使这类古老建筑的价值得以传承和进一步升值。

Based on the perspective of value, this article constructs a protective value evaluation index system for the adobe houses along the ancient Shu Road at Jianmen, Guangyuan City. With the quantitative evaluation method, it was concluded that the original residential value of adobe houses is weakening, but it still has high protection value. The main types of value are tourism development value, potential social and economic value. In terms of its protection strategy, we should select a gathering point which can integrate into local industry and have certain amount of scale, government, businesses and homeowners share a shared model, protect the adobe building culture field and construction craftsmen, put the coordinated measures to make the value of such ancient buildings can be inherited and appreciated.
