摘要
华佗五禽戏内涵丰富,形式多样,具有强生健体、愉悦心身之功效,可称之为“中国的瑜伽”。华佗五禽戏养生文化具有鲜明的民族文化特色,是优秀非物质文化遗产中的瑰宝。通过华佗五禽戏养生文化的译介,使之“走出国门”,增进民间交流;长期习练,强身健体,助力“一带一路”沿线群众的身心健康。本文首先研究了华佗五禽戏养生文化的内涵,以有效地对华佗五禽戏养生文化进行解码与再现;然后分析了“一带一路”背景下华佗五禽戏养生文化译介的重要性;最后,研究了相应的翻译方法和传播途径,政府部门主导,其他译介主体相协调,采用灵活多样的翻译策略与技巧进行养生文化翻译,并充分使用新媒体等多元化的译介方式,使五禽戏养生法能够“走出去”,并促进不同民俗文化之间的合作互学,实现不同文化之间的共同繁荣与发展。
The Hua Tuo Five-animal Exercises is rich in content and diverse in form. It has the effect of strengthening the body and building a body and is pleasant to the heart. It can be called "Chinese Yoga". The health culture of Hua Tuo Five-animal Exercises has distinctive national cultural characteristics and is a treasure in the excellent intangible cultural heritage. The translation will make this kind of health culture "going global" and promote the non- governmental exchanges. The practice also helps the physical and mental health of the people along the "Belt and Road". In this article, the connotation of the health culture of Five- animal Exercises was first studied to effectively decode and reproduce the health culture of Five-animal Exercises;then the importance of the translation of Five-animal Exercises culture in the context of "Belt and Road" was analyzed. Finally, the corresponding translation methods and routes of transmission were studied. Through the leadership of government departments, other translators and interpreters are coordinated, flexible and diverse translation strategies and techniques are used for health culture translation, and full use of new media and other translation methods is adopted to making this kind of culture "going global" and promoting cooperation and mutual learning between different folk cultures to achieve common prosperity and development between different cultures.
