摘要
由吉林省临江林业局黄波椤嫁接种子园采集种子,分析黄波椤种子形态种内变异规律.结果表明:不同种源间黄波椤种子性状差异显著,种子长度、宽度、厚度和千粒重种源间差异均达到极显著水平(F分别为7.92^**,222.93^**,178.11^**和7.02^**);黑龙江种源无性系间种子长度、宽度、厚度和千粒重差异均极显著(F分别为23.24^**,16.03^**,15.60^**和6.98^**),且结实量高于临江种源;结实量较高的无性系是黑龙江2,14,7,18,5,15,4,9和13号无性系;黄波椤种子形态性状和千粒重具有丰富的种内遗传多样性.
Genetic variation law of seed morphological traits of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.collected from grafting seed garden in Linjiang Forestry Bureau of Jilin province was analyzed.The results showed that there were very significant differences of seed length,width and thickness among sources of Phellodendron amurense Rupr( F =7.92^ **,222.93^ **, 178.11^ **,7.02 ^**).There were very significant differences of seed length,width and thickness among clones of Heilongjiang provenance ( F =23.24 ^**,16.03 ^**,15.60 ^**,6.98^ **).Seed production of clones of Heilongjiang provenance was more than that of Linjiang provenance.The better clones of seed production were number2,14,7,18,5, 15,4,9 and13 of Heilongjiang provenance.There was rich genetic diversity within the species on seed morphology and thousands of grain weight of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.
