癌性疼痛相关微创介入治疗技术与应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 疼痛是癌症患者最痛苦且常见的临床体征之一,癌症各阶段疼痛总体发生率约50.7%,其中进展期或终末期患者发生率高达66.4%,且38%的患者诉有中度以上疼痛,绝大多数患者并未得到有效治疗[1]。根据世界卫生组织(WHO)三阶梯疼痛治疗原则结合适当药物剂量应用的经验,70%~90%的癌性疼痛(癌痛)得以有效控制,但还有20%~30%的患者对药物反应性较差;此外,阿片类药物的不良反应、中枢痛觉敏化及潜在诱导肿瘤增殖和血管形成等作用制约其临床应用[2]。手术、放化疗虽对癌痛控制有积极作用,但癌症晚期手术机会丧失、放化疗副作用及全身毒性等问题不容忽视。因此,癌痛治疗需要综合性多模式镇痛方案。
