中华人民共和国成立70年来的中非外交实践表明,中非双方能够立足自身历史传统与现实需要,合作建构起一种新型的、具有自主意识并保持开放协同的战略合作关系结构。这种新型关系一方面型塑起一种发展导向的、合作共赢的新型南南关系,另一方面也对中国外交之民族精神成长与大国风格形成起着特殊的推进作用。具体而言,过去70年的中国对非外交的丰富实践,一是推进了中国外交全球战略布局的形成与完善;二是促进了中国外交的队伍建设、能力建设和文化建设;三是奠定了有特色的中国外交核心理念与自主思想的基调底色,并由此建构起一种日益积极正面的中国外交形象。这一切将深刻影响着未来中国外交的发展走向。

The development of China-Africa relations in the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China shows that the two sides have built a new type of strategic partnership with independent consciousness,opening mind and cooperative attitude,based on their historical traditions and actual needs.On the one hand,this new relationship has formed a new model of South-South relations oriented in development and win-win cooperation;on the other hand,it also played a special role in promoting the growth of the national spirit and style of China's diplomacy.The rich practice of China-Africa relations in the past seven decades has helped China travel on a road toward mature diplomacy in the following three aspects:first,it has improved China's diplomatic layout in the global community;second,it has been a special area where China builds its diplomatic team,capacity and culture;third,it has set the keynote of China's diplomatic theory and independent thinking,and forges an increasingly positive image of China.These achievements will affect the trends and prospect of China's diplomacy in the future.
