摘要
该文首先简要介绍了BIM(Building Information Modeling)的内涵及发展情况,然后分析了近五年内数百篇期刊文献,对BIM技术在建设工程项目中的应用现状进行了综述,发现这些应用主要体现在建设项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、运营阶段。最后通过综述分析总结了目前的应用现状,主要归结为16个应用点,可供业内人士参考。
The definition and development of BIM(Building Information Modeling)was briefly introduced, and the application status of BIM in construction project was reviewed based on the analysis of hundreds of papers in recent five years. It's found that BIM has been generally applied in the decision phase, design phase, construction phase and operation stage. By summarizing and analyzing the current application situation, 16 application points were summarized for reference.
