摘要
后注浆灌注桩应用广泛,其施工质量控制是一个系统工程,需从全面质量管理的“人、机、料、法、环”五因素入手,严把各环节尤其是施工工艺质量关,并做好半成品、成品保护,做到全过程控制,本文对质量控制的要点进行了归纳,可供业内人士参考。
Post-grouting bored concrete pile has been extensively applied, and its construction quality control is a systematic project. It is necessary to start with the five factors of total quality management: worker, machine, material, method, and link, and strictly control these links, particularly the construction link. Furthermore, the whole process control should also be well done, including the protection of semi-finished and finished products. The key points in quality control were summarized and presented for reference.
