呼吸专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建研究

Construction of evaluation index system of core competence for respiratory nurse specialist

目的运用科学的研究方法,构建符合我国目前呼吸专科护理实践现状的呼吸专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法通过文献研究和专家访谈界定呼吸专科护士的概念和评价指标体系框架。在此基础上,通过Delphi法初步构建呼吸专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法分析其一、二级指标的权重。结果咨询专家共19名,两轮Delphi法的应答率均为100%,权威系数为0.875、0.872。经过两轮专家咨询后,一级指标的协调系数为0.505,二级指标的协调系数为0.412,χ^2检验后P值均小于0.05。确定了呼吸专科护士等相关概念和呼吸专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,评价体系包括:一级指标6个、二级指标24个、三级条目65个,其中一级指标及其权重分别为:临床护理实践能力0.461、评判性思维能力0.145、职业态度0.139、专业发展能力0.094、人际交往能力0.080、管理能力0.080。结论呼吸专科护士核心能力评价指标专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,可以为呼吸专科护士的任用、评价与考核提供参考依据。

Objective To construct the core competence evaluation index system for respiratory specialists in line with the current status of respiratory prufessional nursing practice in China by using scientific research methods. Methods Defining the concept and evaluation index system framework of respiratory specialist nurses through literature research and expert interviews.Evaluation Index System of core competence for Respiratory Nurse Specialist was constructed by Delphi method and the weight coefficient,the first-level and second-level indicators were analyzed by hierarchy process. Results Totally,19 experts were consulted and the response rates of the two-round Delphi method were 100%.The authoritative coefficient was 0.875,0.872.After two rounds of expert consultation,the coordination coefficient of the first-level indicator was 0.505,the coordination coefficient of the second-level indicator was 0.412,and the P value after the χ^2 test was less than 0.05.The related concepts of respiratory specialist nurses and the core competence evaluation index system of respiratory specialists were determined.The evaluation system consisted of 6 first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators and 65 third-level items.The first-level indicators and their weights were clinical nursing practice ability 0.461,critical thinking ability 0.145,professional attitude 0.139,professional development ability 0.094,interpersonal ability 0.080,and management ability 0.080. Conclusion The expert opinions on the evaluation index of respiratory nurses' core competence were concentrated,and the results were scientific and reliable,which can provide a reference for the appointment,evaluation and assessment of respiratory nurses.
