空巢老年人健康照护需求及影响因素研究

The needs of health care and influencing factors analysis among empty nest elderly

目的调查空巢老年人健康照护需求现状及其影响因素,为开展针对性健康照护服务提供参考依据。方法采用老年人健康照护需求问卷对广西3所社区卫生服务中心的397名空巢老年人进行调查。结果空巢老年人健康照护需求总分为(19.15±4.79)分,呈中等水平,需求排在前5位的条目依次是陪伴服务、心理护理、病情监测、社区紧急事故救护、指导其改善居住环境。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、空巢方式、身体状况、家庭经济状况、自理能力是影响空巢老年人健康照护需求的主要因素。结论空巢老年人健康照护需求高,并受多种因素影响。社区医护人员应结合本地实际资源和需求,提供优质的健康照护服务,以提高老年人生活质量,实现健康老龄化。

Objective To investigate the needs of health care and influencing factors analysis among empty nest elderly,to provide reference for health care services. Methods A total of 397 empty-nesters elderly from three community health service centers in Guangxi were investigated with health care demand questionnaire. Result The total scores of health care needs was(19.15±4.79),with medium level.The top five needs were companionship service,psychological care,condition monitoring,community emergency rescue,and environment guidance.Influencing factors of health care needs were age,empty-nest mode,physical condition,family economic status and self-care ability. Conclusion The empty-nest elderly has more health care needs,with some influencing factors.Community health care workers should take active and effective health care services based on local resources and needs to improve elderly's quality of life.
