摘要
目的探讨五步教学法对社区稳定性冠心病患者培训的影响。方法选取上海市2个社区共116例稳定性冠心病患者为研究对象,采用数字表法,将其分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组进行常规社区护理和健康教育培训,观察组采用五步教学法进行护理干预,包括联想、问题、假设、推理、验证5个步骤。12个月后,比较两组稳定性冠心病患者的服药依从性和自我管理能力。结果两组稳定性冠心病患者服药依从性和自我管理能力比较观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论五步教学法具有较好的培训效果,能有效提高社区稳定性冠心病患者服药依从性和自我管理能力。
Objective To study the effect of five-step teaching method in nursing intervention for community patients with stable angina. Methods Totally,116 patients with stable angina from two communities were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group received routine community nursing, the intervention group received five- step teaching method for nursing intervention,including association,problem,hypothesis,deduction and verification of training.Patients' medication adherence and self-management ability were compared after 12 months. Results The medication adherence and self- management ability in intervention group were higher than that control group,with significant difference in two groups( P <0.01). Conclusion The application of five-step teaching method in nursing intervention is beneficial to improve medication adherence and self-management ability in patients with stable angina.
