“微时代”是信息社会发展至今的新标签,代表着当前学生沟通、交流方式的全新变革,标志着学生思想引导和政治教育亟待革新。以微信、微博为代表的自媒体时代深刻影响着大学生的思想和行为,这给大学生的思想政治教育提出了全新的要求。当下的思想政治教育应摈弃陈旧的思维观点,积极引入时代、时尚元素,创新思想政治教育的方式方法,重视思想教育的时效性和有效性,令大学生成为真正德才兼备的人才。

“Micro era” is a new label for the development of information society. It represents a new transformation of current student communication mode, indicating that students’ ideological guidance and political education should be innovated urgently. The era of “self media” represented by Wechat and micro-blog has a profound impact on college students’ thoughts and behaviors, which brings new demands for college students’ ideological and political education. The present ideological and political education should abandon the outmoded way of thinking, actively introduce the elements of the times and fashion, innovate the ways and methods of ideological and political education, attach importance to the timeliness and effectiveness of ideological education, and make college students a truly talented person.
