摘要
大学英语教学长期以来一直存在“费时低效“问题,“中式英语”“哑巴英语”现象在学生中十分普遍。建构主义教学观可为解决大学英语教学中存在的这一“顽症”提供可供借鉴的思路:教师可以通过创造语言环境、指导学生互相协作、组织课上课下会话活动、帮助学生建构新知识和新经验等途径提高学生英语学习的积极性和主动性,进而提高大学英语教学效果。
College English teaching in China has long been in such a situation as time-consuming and inefficient. Chinglish and Dumb English are quite common among college students. Constructivism teaching view offers a referential solution to the problem.By creating suitable language environments, guiding students to collaborate and organizing in-and-after class activities to help students construct new knowledge and experiences, teachers can inspire students’ enthusiasm for English learning and initiative,thus improve College English teaching.
