摘要
目前,世界上许多国家非常重视对体育课的学习,比如说19世纪初,德国与丹麦率先将体育课列为中小学阶段的必修课程,随后其他国家都效仿来安排体育课。而我国的实际情况,则是中小学阶段,重视文化课轻视体育课,学生运动的时间仅限在短暂的体育课,对体育活动的兴趣不高。大学生延续了中学时期的习惯和爱好,尽管学习环境不同,学习要求不同,活动内容不同,但是他们参与体育活动的积极性依然不高。为了改善这一现状,学校为大学生开设了乒乓球、羽毛球、篮球、网球、健美操等体育选修课,尽可能的丰富他们的体育活动,提高他们参与的热情,但其结果却不容乐观。本文从大学生自身对体育课学习兴趣的影响因素进行分析研究。
At present, many countries in the world attach great importance to the study of physical education. For example, at the beginning of the 19 th century, Germany and Denmark took the lead in listing physical education as a compulsory course in primary and secondary schools, followed by other countries to arrange physical education. However, in China, in the primary and secondary schools, more importance is attached to general knowledge courses than physical education, and students’ sports time is limited to short-term physical education course with low interest in sports activities. College students keep the habits and hobbies middle school. Despite the different environments,learning requirements and content of activities, their enthusiasm for participating in sports activities is still not high. In order to improve this situation, elective sports courses are provided for college students, such as table tennis, badminton, basketball, tennis, aerobics and so on to enrich their sports activities and improve their enthusiasm as far as possible, but the results are not optimistic. This paper analyzes and studies the influencing factors of college students’ interest in physical education.
