摘要
研究以45名手机依赖初中生为研究对象,随机分为3组,对实验组15名被试进行现实疗法团体干预,对一般组15名被试进行一般团体干预。结果发现:现实疗法干预组、一般干预组和不干预组在手机依赖总分及其四个子维度均存在显著差异(p<0.01);现实疗法团体干预对改善青少年手机依赖具有较好效果。
In this study, 45 junior high school students with symptoms of mobile phone dependence are randomly divided into 3 groups, and 15 subjects in the experimental group are given reality therapy group intervention. The results show that the total score of mobile phone dependence and its four sub-dimensions are significantly different in the realistic treatment intervention group, the general intervention group and the non-intervention group (p<0.01). Reality therapy group counseling has better intervention effect on teenagers’ mobile phone dependence.
