党的十八大以来,意识形态工作面临着新的挑战,“文明的冲突”的国际背景下,“向世界说明中国”阻力重重;新媒体时代的到来,“互联网已成为舆论斗争的主战场”。面对意识形态领域出现的新问题、新情况,习近平创造性地提出了一系列新思想、新理念、新要求,创新了意识形态建设的理论话语。党的十八大以来,意识形态工作发展始终坚持以问题为导向,积极推动多元主体的协同建设,注重发挥伦理道德与传统文化的意识形态价值,将意识形态的理论灌输与自觉认同相结合,为新时代意识形态工作积累了宝贵的经验。
