随着我国社会不断发展,国家对人才的需求和培养都面临着创新,新的社会环境对大学生思想教育工作提出了挑战,传统的思想教育模式必须改进和创新,高校需要改变对学生的思想教育方式和教育内容,使学生可以接受更加完整的思想教育,从而全面提高综合素质。本文就目前创新大学生思想教育方法的必要性加以分析,并对相关实践经验进行了总结。

With a continuous development of society,it is a necessity for our country to create new methods for talent cultivation. New social environment has posed a challenge towards college students’ ideological education,which means that traditional teaching methods must be perfected and innovated,change both the teaching methods and contents. It will make students easier to obtain a more comprehensive ideological education and better their comprehensive quality. The paper makes an analysis on the necessity of the innovation of college students ideological education,and makes a summary of related practical experiences.
