全膝关节置换术围手术期多种模式联合镇痛的护理实施效果探讨

Nursing Effects of Multiple Modes of Analgesia During Perioperative Period of Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:探讨多种模式联合镇痛的护理在全膝关节置换术围手术期的应用。方法:选择2018年5月至8月大理大学第一附属医院收住的80例行全膝关节置换术的患者进行比对,其中40例为对照组,给予常规护理;其余40例为观察组,给予多种模式联合镇痛的护理措施。最终比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者疼痛控制指标明显优于对照组,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期多种模式联合镇痛的护理实施可有效地缓解全膝关节置换术后疼痛,促进患者术后早期膝关节主动活动,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application of nursing of multiple modes of analgesia in perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty. Methods:80 patients who received total knee arthroplasty in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from May to August 2018 were selected for comparison, among whom, 40 cases were chosen as the control group and given routine nursing, and the other 40 cases were chosen as the observation group who were given analgesic nursing measures in a variety of modes. Finally the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The pain control index of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference of pain scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing with analgesia of multiple modes during the perioperative period can effectively relieve the pain after total knee arthroplasty, can promote the active activity of knee joint after operation, can reduce the pain of patients and improve nursing satisfaction, thus it is worthy of clinical popularization.
