Land and Resource Law Enforcement Monitoring Platform Based on SDCORS

基于SDCORS提供的实时/准实时的位置服务,结合因特网、地理信息系统和软件工程等技术,开发了一套国土资源执法检查平台。利用该系统,能够对违法用地及时发现、快速定位、准确定性,实现从动态巡查、违法案件发现制止、立案查处到案件移送移交全过程的数字化、网络化、自动化、可视化。试用案例表明:该系统为依法查处违法案件提供了科学、高效的现代化手段。

Based on the real-time/quasi-real-time location service provided by SDCORS,a set of land and resources law enforcement inspection platform is realized with the technology of Internet,geographic information system and software engineering.Using this system,we can find the illegal land in time,locate it accurately,make it accurate and qualitative.Also,transfer the whole process of dynamic inspection,illegal case discovery and case investigation into digitalized,online,automatic and visualizable.The test case shows that this system provides scientific and efficient modernized means for investigating and punishing illegal cases according to law.
