吉林省省级不动产登记信息管理平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Provincial Real Estate Registration Information Management Platform in Jilin Province

在我国全面实行不动产统一登记的背景下,本文结合吉林省不动产信息化建设情况,研究分析了吉林省省级不动产登记信息管理平台。从平台建设目标、平台总体架构、系统功能和技术路线等方面进行研究。分析省级平台与国家级平台以及市县平台的关系,省级平台具有数据统一接入与汇交、登记数据与权籍调查数据管理、数据查询与监管、数据统计分析、信息互通共享等功能。实现了"下游平台接入管理、上游平台接收分发、业务流程监管预警、海量数据挖掘利用"四位一体的综合管理。

Under the background of the unified registration of real estate in China,combining with the information construction of real estate in Jilin province,this paper analyzes and analyzes the provincial real estate registration information management platform of Jilin province.From the platform construction goal,the platform overall structure,the system function and the technical route and so on carry on the research.Analysis platform and national platform,as well as the relations between the cities and counties in the platform at the provincial level,provincial platform has a unified data access and concurrent,registration data and cadastral survey data management,data query and regulation,Shared data statistical analysis,information exchange,and other functions.It has realized the integrated management of "downstream platform access management,upstream platform receiving and distribution,early warning of business process supervision,and massive data mining and utilization".
