摘要 在使用0级轨道检查仪对有砟、无砟轨道进行快速检测时,轨道表面、内侧附着异物(碎砟、油污、线缆等)致使陀螺产生零点漂移,轨检仪陀螺零点漂移使检测轨道的横竖向偏差产生突变。通常测量现场偏远、网络信号弱,现场无法及时传输原始数据至内业,所以突变位置都是在内业处理时才能确定,这样将消耗大量人力物力。本文提出用重复测量波形对应峰值点较差作为突变评判指标,可以有效地将轨向高低较差中含有的系统误差分离出来,统计重复测量的轨向高低较差,把突变的轨向高低当作粗差,运用粗差探测算法找到突变位置,统计消除系统误差后的轨向高低较差的均值和方差,制定探测突变的阈值。按照分析统计算法编制成软件,通过实测数据检验,证明算法的正确性和有效性。 In the use of 0-level track inspection instrument for the rapid detection of ballasted and ballast less track,the track surface and the inside of the attached foreign matter (rock ballast,oil,cables,etc.) result in gyroscope zero drift.The gyroscope zero drift brings about mutation of the vertical and horizontal deviation of the detection track.Because measurement site is far and network signal is weak,measurement data can't be transported to internal work promptly,resulting in the position of mutation found in internal work.It could consume a lot of manpower and resources.This paper proposes to use the difference of peak value corresponding to the repeated measurement waveform as the evaluation norm of mutation,which can effectively separate the systematic errors contained in difference of the alignment and track profile.In order to set threshold for detection of mutation counting the difference about alignment and track profile of the repeated measurements and regarding mutation as gross error to find the mutation position by using gross error detection algorithm firstly.Then counting mean value and variance of the difference of eliminating systematic error.According to analysis and statistical algorithm,making software and testing by measurement data to prove the correctness and validity of the algorithm.
