摘要 建构教师教育协同创新中心是近年来我国教师教育改革实践的一项重要举措。整体上我国地方教师教育协同创新中心成立数量不多,仍处于探索初期,没有显现突出成效。协同治理、协同创新和三螺旋理论是教师教育协同创新中心成立的重要理论基础,对照分析实践中的障碍因素,进而可以从重塑治理理念和治理制度,创建“U—G—S”协同创新组织,构建三螺旋驱动模式,以及创新教师教育协同政策等方面进行推进。 Constructing a collaborative innovation center for teacher education is an important measure in the practice of teacher education reform in China in recent years. The establishment of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Teacher Education in various places was relatively late and the number was small. At the beginning of exploration, there was no outstanding effect. Collaborative governance, collaborative innovation and triple helix theory are the important theoretical foundations for the establishment of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Teacher Education. By comparing and analyzing the obstacles in practice, we can reshape the governance concept and governance system;create the “U-G-S” collaborative innovation organization;establish the “three benefits-driven” model and the innovative teacher education synergy policy.
