摘要
在深化教育体制机制新阶段,加强教师和学生能力建设成为我国教育改革的重要路向。学生和教师的能力愿景互视,对实现各自关键能力与人才培养能力共同培育至关重要。推进两个能力的有效衔接,需要建立衔接的动力机制、保障机制、管理机制和评价机制,以期推动教育质量、创新人才培养机制和教育治理能力不断提升。
In the new stage of deepening education system and mechanism reform, strengthening teachers and students’ ability building has become important direction of education reform in China. The mutual vision of students' and teachers' abilities is crucial to realize the mutual cultivation of their key abilities and talents. To promote the effective convergence of “two abilities”, it is necessary to establish a cohesive driving mechanism, guarantee mechanism, management mechanism and evaluation mechanism, so as to promote the continuous improvement of educational quality, innovative talent training mechanism and educational governance ability.
