不同文化背景下女硕士生的学术体验——基于中国、北欧的比较研究

摘要 我国传统女性角色与现代女性学术发展在一定程度上存在矛盾,这一对矛盾将对女硕士生的学术历程产生影响。本研究通过访谈的方法,探究我国当前女硕士生的学术兴趣、经历、动机与期望,并与来自性别较为平等的北欧地区的女硕士生相比较,发现两个群体的学术体验呈现出小同大异的状态,并得出结论:北欧女硕士生更为坚定、自我、独立,北欧女硕士生的学术体验更为丰富,性别因素对北欧女硕士生影响较少。在访谈基础上,从教育、社会、文化三个层面分别分析原因,并进而给出完善学生在不同学历层次、不同学科专业之间的转换机制、健全女性社会保障体系、重视女性性别教育等建议。 There is a contradiction between the traditional female role and the academic development of modern women in China. This contradiction will have an impact on the academic career of female master students. This article tries to explore the academic interests, experiences, motivations and expectations of female master students in China through interviews, and compared with those of female master students from the Nordic region with relative gender equality. Academic careers of the two groups present the state “minority similar, majority different”. We get the conclusions: Nordic female master students are more determined, self-sufficient and independent;the academic experience of the Nordic female master students is more abundant;gender factors have less influence on the Nordic female master students than on Chinese students. On the basis of this interview, the article analyzes the reasons from the dimensions of education, society and culture, and then gives the suggestions: improve the conversion mechanism between students at different levels of education and different disciplines, strengthen the female social security system, and pay attention to female gender education.
