改革开放以来,退役军人就业安置制度不断探索、创新就业保障和服务法规体系。以改革开放为起点,以党的十三大、党的十七大、党的十九大为时间节点,这一制度体系逐步走过了正式形成阶段、创新优化阶段和整合提升阶段。在机构设置、经济补偿、就业指导、信息服务、继续教育、政策扶持、特殊安置等方面都取得了突出成就,为国防和经济社会发展做出了突出贡献。新时代退役军人就业安置制度创新的任务仍然很艰巨。

Ex-Serviceman job placement institution constantly explores and innovates employment security and regulation system since the reform and opening-up policy. The reform and opening-up policy as starting point, the Party’s Thirteenth National Congress, the Party’s Seventeenth National Congress, the Party’s Nineteenth National Congress as time nodes, this institution system undergoes normal formation stage, innovation and optimization stage and integrated lifting stage.
