摘要
介绍重症监护室(ICU)护士护理职业环境的主要影响因素,并给出改善ICU护士护理职业环境的建议,为提高ICU护士的积极性和促进ICU护理职业发展奠定基础。
It introduced the main influencing factors of ICU nurses′ professional practice environment,and gave suggestions for improving the nursing professional environment of ICU nurses.It would lay a foundation for improving the enthusiasm of ICU nurses and promoting ICU nursing professional development.
