农业专业化集聚、空间溢出与农业劳动生产率——基于空间面板杜宾模型的实证研究

Agricultural Specialization, Spatial Spillover and Agricultural Labor Productivity: Based on the Spatial Panel Dubin Model

农业专业化集聚是我国农业区域发展的未来趋势。基于我国农业区域规划的宏观视角,运用2009—2016年中国31个省市面板数据,探讨了农业专业化集聚对农业劳动生产率的直接影响和空间溢出效应。使用基尼系数构建了农业集聚的专业化指数,通过全局Moran’s I指数发现我国农业专业化与农业劳动生产率存在显著的空间正相关性,局部Moran’s I散点图反映出我国农业专业化与农业劳动生产率均表现出高高集聚和低低集聚的集聚态势,且农业劳动生产率的集聚态势逐渐显著;选用空间杜宾模型和偏微分方法,就农业专业化对农业劳动生产率的空间溢出效应进行了实证研究,实证结果显示,农业专业化促进本省份农业劳动生产率的提升,且对相邻省份存在显著的正向溢出效应。

Agglomeration of agricultural specialization is the future trend of agricultural regional development in China.Based on the macro perspective of China’s agricultural regional planning,using the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2016,this paper discusses the direct impact of agro-specialization agglomeration on agricultural labor productivity and spatial spillover effect.Use gini coefficient to construct the agricultural cluster specialization index,through global Moran‘s index I found our country agricultural specialization and agricultural labor productivity the space of a significant positive correlation,local Moran’s I scatter plot reflects our country agricultural specialization and agricultural labor productivity are showed high concentration and low concentration of gathering momentum,and a significant agricultural labor productivity of agglomeration situation gradually;The spatial spillover effect of agricultural specialization on agricultural labor productivity was studied by using spatial durbin model and partial differential method.
