云南省产业扶贫现状及问题分析——以怒江傈僳族自治州、迪庆藏族自治州为例

Current Situation and Problems of Industrial Poverty Alleviation in Yunnan Province: Taking Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture and Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as Examples

产业扶贫是云南省科技扶贫的重要扶贫方式,针对不同贫困地区科学地选择产业扶贫模式,对提高产业扶贫的精准性、有效性具有重要作用。本文以怒江傈僳族自治州、迪庆藏族自治州为例分析云南省“三区三州”深度贫困地区产业扶贫现状、主要成效和存在的问题,并针对主要存在的问题提出意见和对策,以期为推进云南省脱贫攻坚工作进展提供科学依据。

Industrialized anti-poverty was a critical way in science and technology poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.Precise selection of industrial poverty alleviation models in different poverty-stricken areas could improve the accuracy and effectiveness of industrial poverty alleviation.This paper placed the study on the current situation,main achievements and problems of industrial poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture and Diqing Prefecture,then put forward opinions and countermeasures to solve the existing problems.The results of this study would provide a scientific basis for advancing the progress of poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.
