摘要
中药通过对机体物质代谢的调节以纠正人体的阴阳盛衰、寒热变化。能量代谢是人体物质代谢的最基本形式。机体的一切生命活动依赖于能量。因此,机体能量代谢变化规律与药物研究密切相关,中药通过影响能量代谢的某些环节,实现对机体异常能量代谢的调节。本文通过对前期研究成果的总结与分析,重点阐述了中药对机体能量代谢过程中线粒体酶、线粒体膜电位及游离钙离子浓度的影响、生物体中能量代谢物质含量变化等几个方面,并且提出了一些思考,以寻求更好的传统中药研究途径。
Traditional Chinese medicine regulates the metabolism of substances in the body to correct the exuberance and decline of yin and yang as well as the change of cold and heat.Energy metabolism is the most basic form of substance metabolism in the body. All life activities of the body depend on energy. Therefore,the change rules of energy metabolism in the body are closely related to the study of drugs. Traditional Chinese medicine regulates abnormal energy metabolism in the body by affecting some links of energy metabolism. Based on the summary and analysis of the previous research results,this paper focuses on several aspects such as the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on the mitochondrial enzyme,mitochondrial membrane potential and free calcium ion concentration in the process of energy metabolism,and the changes of energy metabolites in organisms. Some thoughts are put forward to find a better research approach for traditional Chinese medicine.
