Paper-cut comes from the pattern recording method of ancient people. In the trend of history and culture,it gradually forms the ancient folk art of the Chinese nation,which carries the traditional culture of our nation and is closely related to human religious beliefs and life. Paper-cut style is unique,but the style of paper-cut in the north is and the paper-cut in the south are different from each other because of the geographical and cultural differences between the north and the south .It is proposed to apply the expressing forms,traditional elements and color elements of paper-cut in modern interior design so as to inherit the art and culture of paper-cut,innovate modern design concepts,realize the rapid development of traditional art of paper-cut and promote the diversified development of modern interior design elements.
