磷渣微粉用作沥青路面阻燃剂的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 沥青中加入阻燃剂后会提高沥青的阻燃性能,同时也会影响沥青的路用性能。本文针对阻燃剂对沥青的阻燃性能及混合料路用性能的影响进行试验研究,利用DSC差热分析、扫描电镜、能谱仪和极限氧指数等试验对磷渣微粉进行测定,提出隧道用阻燃沥青必须综合考虑阻燃性能和路用性能进行选择。结果表明,磷矿粉具有低卤、无卤、低烟及低毒的特性,其用量少,效率高;同时磷矿粉呈碱性,比表面积大,并与沥青胶结料的粘附性好,对于隧道路面阻燃沥青的选用具有重要的参考价值。 The addition of flame retardants in aspHalt will improve the flame retardant performance of aspHalt, and also affect the road performance of asphalt. Using DSC differential heat analysis, scanning electron microscope, ener. gy spectrometer and extreme oxygen index, the determination of phosphorous slag micropowder was carried out. It is proposed that flame retardant asphalt used in tunnels must be selected by considering the flame retardant perfor. mance and road performance. The results show that Phosphate powder has the characteristics of low halogen, no halo. gen, low smoke, and low toxicity, and its usage is small and high efficiency. Phosphate powder is alkaline, has a large surface area, and has good adhesion to asphalt adhesive. It has important reference value for the selection of flame re. tardant asphalt on tunnel pavement.
