摘要
本文利用常规天气观测资料,对2016年1月19日至1月23日内蒙古呼伦贝尔市发生的一次极端低温天气进行分析。此次极寒天气持续时间长,副热带高压较往年偏北,在副高连同阻塞高压的共同作用下,2016年气温异常偏暖,暖空气控制了北极,极涡南下维持,造成本次降温及低温过程。通过对比多模式预报结果,对以后发生类似的天气研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper, an extreme low temperature weather in Hulun Buir City, Inner Mongolia, from January 19 to January 23, 2016 was analyzed by using conventional weather observation data. The extreme cold weather lasted for a long time, and the subtropical high was northerly than in previous years. Under the combined action of the subtropi. cal high and the blocking high, the temperature was unusually warm in 2016. Warm air controlled the Arctic and the polar vortex maintained downward, resulting in this cooling and low temperature process. By comparing the results of multi-model forecasting, it can be used for reference for similar weather research in the future.
