摘要
智能仓储管理作为衡量企业信息化程度的重要标志备受关注。当前企事业库存物资繁多、存放零散,可能导致应急事故发生后,进行作业准备时难以准确查询现有物资,从而严重影响生产甚至造成巨大生命财产损失。针对该问题,首先对仓储管理技术现状进行总体论述分析,然后为实现物资管理可追溯性,将二维码技术应用于多层级实物仓储管理系统,以方便企业物资管理与后期维护,并设计一套智能分布式实物仓储管理系统。该系统通过信息化技术手段,实现仓储实物管理信息化、移动化,可确保所有环节高效、准确运行,提升企业仓储管理水平与效率。
As an important indicator to measure the degree of enterprise informationization,intelligent warehouse management has attracted increasingly more attention from enterprises and scholars.Enterprises suffer from the problem of large,various and scattered storage,and it is difficult to accurately inquire about existing materials during job preparation for emergency accidents,which seriously affects the production and even causes huge loss of life and property.This paper analyzes the current situation of warehousing management technology.An intelligent distributed physical warehouse management system is proposed to facilitate the management of materials and post-maintenance so that QR code technology can be applied to the multi-level physical storage management system and realize the traceability of material management.The system realizes informatization and mobilization of warehousing physical management through information technology,ensuring that all links can be carried out efficiently and accurately,and the warehousing management level and efficiency of the enterprise are improved.
