甲氨蝶呤联合复方米非司酮片保守治疗异位妊娠的效果

Effect of Methotrexate Combined with Compound Mifepristone Tablets in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)与复方米非司酮片保守治疗异位妊娠(EP)临床效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年12月本院收治的100例EP患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予米非司酮联合MTX治疗,观察组给予复方米非司酮片联合MTX治疗。比较两组治疗后总有效率、不良反应总发生率及治疗前后附件包块大小、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前附件包块大小、血清β-HCG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后包块大小、血清β-HCG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论对EP患者采取MTX联合复方米非司酮片保守治疗,能明显提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Methotrexate (MTX) combined with Compound Mifepristone Tablets in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy (EP). Methods Altogether 100 patients with EP admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Mifepristone combined with MTX, while the observation group was treated with Compound Mifepristone Tablets combined with MTX. The total effective rate, the total incidence of adverse reactions, the size of adnexal mass and the level of serum human chorionic gonadotropin-β(β-HCG) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the size of adnexal mass and serum level of β-HCG between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The size of adnexal mass and serum level of β-HCG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of MTX combined with Compound Mifepristone Tablets in the conservative treatment of EP can significantly improve the clinical effect, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and has significant application value.
