珠三角地区男性工伤职工勃起功能障碍调查研究

Investigation study on erectile dysfunction of male workers with work injury in Pearl River Delta Region

目的分析珠三角地区男性工伤职工勃起功能障碍(ED)的患病率,探讨ED的影响因素。方法采用无记名、自愿填写的方式调查2016年1~12月在珠三角地区9家工伤康复协议机构住院的男性工伤职工,采用勃起功能国际问卷(IIEF-5)评价研究对象过去3个月内的勃起功能情况,同时收集年龄、文化程度、病程、病种等研究指标。结果本次调查有效例数为487例。受伤后,77.9%的男性出现不同程度的ED,其中轻度ED、中度ED、重度ED发生率分别为42.2%、11.4%、24.3%。ED评分与年龄、病程成负相关(P<0.001)。不同文化程度、户籍类型、病种的ED患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);年龄大、病程长、文化程度低、疾病较严重者越容易发生ED。结论男性工伤职工普遍存在ED问题,政府部门应重视伤残者的性功能障碍问题,才能使工伤职工真正达到全面康复,回归家庭。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of erectile dysfunction (ED) among male workers with work injury in Pearl River Delta Region, and to explore the influencing factors of ED. Methods An anonymous and voluntary survey of male workers with work injury hospitalized in nine work injury rehabilitation agreements institutions in the Pearl River Delta from January to December 2016 was conducted. The erectile function of the subjects in the past three months was evaluated with the international erectile function questionnaire (IIEF-5). Age, education level, course of disease, disease type and other research indicators were also collected. Results The number of effective cases in this survey was 487 cases. After injury, 77.9% of the men had different degrees of ED. The incidence of light, medium and severe ED was 42.2%, 11.4% and 24.3%, respectively. ED score was negatively correlated with age and course of disease (P<0.001). There were significant differences in ED prevalence among different educational levels, household registration types and diseases (P<0.001). ED was prone to occur due to older, long course of disease, low educational level and serious diseases. Conclusion ED is a common problem among male workers injured at work. Government departments should pay attention to the sexual dysfunction of the disabled persons so as to enable the workers with work injuries to achieve full recovery and return to their families.
