全面护理干预在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术患者中的实践研究

Practical study of comprehensive nursing intervention in tension-free repair of indirect inguinal hernia

目的观察腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术患者应用全面护理干预的效果。方法选取我院2016年12月~2018年11月收治的66例实施无张力修补术的腹股沟斜疝患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加全面护理干预,比较两组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、术后各项时间及护理总满意度。结果观察组的SDS评分及SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、术后肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为96.96%,高于对照组的78.78%(P<0.05)。结论在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术患者护理中应用全面护理干预,可消除患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,缩短患者住院时间,使患者能够快速进行肛门排气,缩短下床活动时间,并使患者能够快速进食,促进疾病快速恢复,临床应用及推广价值极高。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in tension-free repair patients with inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 66 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent tension-free repair in our hospital from December 2016 to November 2018 were included in the study. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the drawing method, 33 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing. The observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The SDS, SAS scores, postoperative time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The hospital stay, the time of getting out of bed, eating time, and postoperative anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.96%, which was higher than that of the control group (78.78%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with inguinal hernia repair can eliminate depression and anxiety, shorten the length of hospital stay, enable patients to quickly perform anal exhaust, shorten the time of getting out of bed, and make patients fast eating, promoting rapid recovery of disease, clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.
