地方应用型高校土木工程品牌专业建设实践

摘要 在激烈的高校竞争背景下,地方应用型高校专业建设应具有品牌意识,通过品牌专业的内涵建设达到培养社会所需的高素质应用型人才的目标。文章以常州工学院土木工程专业为例,从教师发展与教学团队建设、课程教材资源开发、实验实训条件建设、学生创新创业训练、国内外教学交流合作、教育教学研究与改革等6个方面阐述地方应用型高校的品牌专业建设,探索和分析克服同质化、打造自身特色的专业建设之路。 Under the background of fierce competition in Colleges and universities, it is very important for local application-oriented colleges and universities, whose goal is to cultivate applied talents with high-quality for the society, to enhance the awareness of striving for “brand” in the connotation construction of specialty. Taking the specialty of civil engineering of Changzhou Institute of Technology an example, the paper expounds the brand specialty construction of local application-oriented colleges and universities from the following aspects: teachers development and teaching team construction, curriculum and teaching materials exploitation, experimental and training conditions improvement, students innovative and entrepreneu- rial training, teaching exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and educational and teaching research and reform. Meanwhile, the paper explores and analyzes the overcoming of the homogenization and offers the approach to build up specialty with their own characteristics.
