云南省科技创新助力乡村振兴发展分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Scientific and Technological Innovation Promoting Rural Revitalization and Development in Yunnan Province

在简要介绍云南省“三农”发展现状的基础上,详细分析了云南省科技创新引领“乡村振兴”发展过程中存在的主要问题。为了充分发挥科技创新在促进云南省乡村振兴战略发展中的支撑作用,分别从提升科技创新水平、构建现代种业体系、健全地方标准体系、普及网络信息覆盖率、培育建设农业高新技术产业示范区、组建绿色食品国际合作研究中心和“绿色食品牌”产业技术研究院、加强国家及省级农业科技园区建设、“星创天地”建设等几个主要方面提出了科技支撑云南乡村振兴发展的对策。

On the basis of a brief introduction to the development status quo of agriculture, countryside and farmers (the three rural issues) in Yunnan province, the authors analyzed in detail the main problems existing in the development process of rural revitalization led by scientific and technological innovation in Yunnan province. In order to give full play to the supporting role of scientific and technological innovation in promoting the development of rural revitalization strategy in Yunnan province, the authors proposed some countermeasures and suggestions such as raising the level of scientific and technological innovation, constructing the modern seed industry system, perfecting the local standard system, popularizing the coverage of network information, cultivating and constructing the demonstration area of agricultural high-tech industry, and establishing international cooperation research center of green food and industrial technology research institute of "Green Food Brand", strengthening the construction of national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks, and "Star Creating Heaven and Earth" construction in Yunnan province, respectively.
