城市工商资本参与乡村振兴的思考与建议——以重庆市为例

Thoughts and Suggestions on Urban Industrial and Commercial Capital Participating in Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Chongqing

鼓励城市工商资本下乡已经成为中国实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容之一。研究以重庆市为例,在充分调研的基础上,总结出重庆工商资本参与乡村振兴过程中面临的主要障碍,探讨了重庆工商资本参与乡村振兴实践的潜在风险及原因。最后,围绕推进工商资本参与乡村振兴提出了七方面的建议和实施措施。

Encouraging urban industrial and commercial capital to go to the countryside has become an important part of China's rural revitalization strategy. Taking Chongqing as an example, on the basis of sufficient investigation and research, this study summed up the main obstacles of industry and commerce capital participation in the process of rural revitalization in Chongqing, and discussed the potential risk of Chongqing's industry and commerce capital participation in rural revitalization and its main reasons. Finally, seven suggestions and implementation measures were proposed to promote the participation of industrial and commercial capital in rural revitalization.
