5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合强脉冲光治疗面部光老化的临床效果

Clinical effect of photodynamic therapy of 5-aminolevulinic acid combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial photoaging

目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光动力疗法(PDT)联合强脉冲光(IPL)治疗面部光老化的临床效果。方法将就诊于我院皮肤科医学美容门诊的40例面部光老化女性患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各20例。治疗组采用5-ALA-PDT联合IPL治疗,对照组采用单纯IPL治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的细皱纹、粗糙度、色素不均、毛细血管扩张评分及整体评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的细皱纹、粗糙度评分及整体评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论5-ALA-PDT联合IPL治疗面部光老化安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of facial photoaging.Methods Forty female patients with facial photoaging admitted in the medical cosmetology clinic of the skin department in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group received 5-ALA-PDT combined with IPL,while the control group received pure IPL.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of fine wrinkle,roughness,uneven pigmentation,telangiectasis and overall scores of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fine wrinkle and roughness and overall score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 5-ALA-PDT combined with IPL is safe and effective in the treatment of facial photoaging.
