贝那普利联合注射用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果

Effect of benazepril combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的分析贝那普利联合注射用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年8月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者患者88例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组采用贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用注射用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,两组均治疗14d。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于的对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEDV、LVESV均降低,LVEF均升高,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-6、NT-proBNP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清TGF-β1、CTGF水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者采用贝那普利联合注射用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗的效果确切,并可有效改善心功能,减轻炎性反应,降低NT-proBNP水平,抑制心肌纤维化。

Objective To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,the observation group was treated with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDV and LVESV in both groups decreased and LVEF increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and NT-proBNP in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and CTGF in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection is effective in treating chronic heart failure.It can effectively improve cardiac function,alleviate inflammatory response,reduce NT-proBNP level and inhibit myocardial fibrosis.
