阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症女性患者的效果及对患者糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia in female patients and its effect on glycolipid metabolism

目的分析阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症女性患者的效果及对患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法将我院收治的120例难治性精神分裂症女性患者随机分为联合治疗组(60例,阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗)与单独治疗组(60例,阿立哌唑单独治疗)。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的一般精神病、阳性症状、阴性症状量表评分及PANSS总分均显著降低,且联合治疗组显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,单独治疗组患者的血清FBG、2hPG、TG、TC水平显著高于治疗前和联合治疗组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症女性患者的效果较好,对患者糖脂代谢影响小。

Objective To analyze the effect of aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia in female patients and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 120 female patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into combined treatment group(60 cases,aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine)and single treatment group(60 cases,aripiprazole alone).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of general psychiatric scale,positive symptoms scale,negative symptoms,total PANSS score in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the single treatment group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the single treatment group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum FBG,2 h PG,TG and TC in the single treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the combined treatment group.Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine is effective in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia in female patients,with little effect on glycolipid metabolism.
