孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium granule combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children

目的探究孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法随机选取我院收治的60例小儿支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为联合治疗组(30例,孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗)和单独治疗组(30例,单独使用布地奈德混悬液治疗),比较两组患儿的临床症状缓解时间、肺功能、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组患儿的呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音、喘息、咳嗽缓解时间均显著短于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF均显著高于单独治疗组和治疗前,日间及夜间复发次数均显著少于单独治疗组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘具有显著的优越性,可缩短患儿症状缓解时间,促进肺功能改善,且复发次数少,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effet of montelukast sodium granule combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into combined treatment group(30 cases,treated with montelukast sodium granules combined with budesonide suspension)and single treatment group(30 cases,treated with budesonide suspension alone).The remission time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of dyspnea,lung rale,wheezing and cough in the combined treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the single treatment group and before treatment,and the recurrence times in day and night were significantly less than those in the single treatment group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium granules combined with budesonide suspension has significant advantages in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.It can shorten the remission time of symptoms,promote the improvement of pulmonary function and has fewer recurrences and high safety.
